1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Revisato (the "Service"), operated by Revisato ("we", "us", "our"). By using Revisato, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Revisato does
Revisato searches Google Places for hotels, restaurants, and activities in a destination you specify, and surfaces real guest reviews — including summaries generated by Anthropic's Claude — to help you judge whether a place fits your situation. Ratings, reviews, and photos come from Google's Places API; we don't independently verify them. These insights (pros/cons/verdict summaries synthesized by Anthropic's Claude from real review text) are automated judgments based on published review text — they are informational only, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a guarantee of quality, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
3. Free and paid access
Anyone can search for hotels, restaurants, and activities for free, without creating an account. Free searches are rate-limited and show each place's real Google rating, review count, address and photos. They do not include an AI verdict. Creating a free account raises the rate limit and the number of results shown in each category.
Revisato Pro ($5.99/month or $49.99/year, billed through PayPal) adds an AI-written verdict on every result, amenity details, a wider search radius, and unlimited group trips. Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
To keep the Service sustainable, Revisato Pro is subject to a fair-use search limit intended to sit well above normal trip-planning use. We may adjust this limit, the free-tier limits, or pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers where required by law.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. There's no penalty and no requirement to contact support first.
Refunds aren't guaranteed, but we may issue one at our discretion — for example, to correct a billing error or resolve a dispute. Contact us at hello@revisato.com.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Revisato to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract search results or review content; attempt to circumvent rate limits or fair-use caps; interfere with the Service's operation; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
7. Third-party services
Revisato relies on Google Places API for location and review data, PayPal for billing, and — for some automated insights — Anthropic's Claude. Your use of Revisato is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
8. Intellectual property
Revisato's software, design, and branding belong to us. Review content, ratings, and photos belong to Google and the original reviewers/businesses; we display them under Google's terms and don't claim ownership.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that search results, reviews, or automated insights are accurate, complete, or current, or that any recommended place will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated by email where required.
